Auto Gleam Detail provides professional car detailing services including:

• Specialized detailing services

3. Booking and Cancellation

Service bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT. Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

5. Refund Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services:

• Please notify us within 24 hours of service completion
• We will review your concerns and may offer a re-service or partial refund
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

6. Liability

While we take utmost care, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to your vehicle
• Damage caused by normal wear and tear
• Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control
